I finally found the Calorie king Australian site and have finally worked out how to use it, mind you I already blew my calorie limit yesterday with just my normal foods but i will try again today. 8)

Thank you to those who recommended it. :D
Mum to three kids, second mum to my 18yo sister, and married to the biggest kid my DH. Also pet mummy to one dog, two cats and three fish.

I've just sat down...with a little more patience and worked it out too!! 8)

OMG...this tool is fantastic!! After putting everything i eat and the exercise I do during the week, I can eat more...YAH!!! Now to see how bad I was on the weekend...eeekk!! 8)

I love my cal counter book It is apart of my hand bag. Its amazing when you read how much fat and cals are in the foods that you eat :lol:
