Hi everyone, I have been away for 2 weeks on holiday to my hometown and feel like I have been off the planet. Now I am looking forward to getting this yr underway!!! While I was away I ate crap food and did no exercise and now am feeling so guilty and fat and stressed, but I am rejoining my gym this week and hope to god I haven't put on too much weight while I was away.
I took my running shoes but didn't even put them on. I feel so guilty for not worrying about fitness while I was away, but I am determined to get back on track now. I may not get to my goal in Feb but I will try my hardest. And I got my first tattoo while I was away AND I LOVE IT! Cheers and best wishes to you all!!
