have u noticed that you set yourself up?
i find that im constantly bargaining with myself and not keeping the promises that i make with myself....
no wonder i have failed in the past!....i dont believe a word IM saying.....
last night i went to a friend's for dinner and i had dessert....keeping in mind that i should have only a small piece.....(i had 3 pieces btw!! :oops: )
i said to myself that this is only once a week i'll be fine....
i woke up this morning and ALMOST didnt do my exercise.....cos i was just feeling yuck.....
in the past this would have been a set up for a fall......i realise that the small changes i have made the past 2 years have helped me in reaching this state....
i find putting ur shoes on helps a lot....

any thoughts?

i guess its like buying a block of choc and trying to only have a couple of peices or a row and no more and having just one slice of cake etc. Or things like planning to exercise and have a big night of drinking the night befor as it was ur day off from dieting day. interesting when u think more about how we do it to our selves.
