hey no one said these chips were healthy... but like Lauren pointed out... for a lot of people on here now its about adapting their lifestyle whether they be on a diet, trying to cut down, eat healthier or whatever their motivation. Personally I'm trying to do a little of each but without these types of treats I'm sorry this whole thing is just not going to work for me...

btw theres no right way to go about any of this (dieting / eating healthy) either and I think everyone should be tolerant of what works for each other... I've read some bizarre things on this forum... I just smile to myself and maybe make a jokey comment or just keep my thoughts to myself... but equally what I have found is that I've gotten a few ideas off of someone and have even incorporated these into my own regime...

thats my two cents worth... now where are those Smoked BBQ flavoured ones..

Hey,
I love the pita crisps as well. Naturally I am a Salt and Vinegar freak and this was one of my hardest things to give up when losing weight. So what I do instead is I buy the tiny snack packs, where u get like 15 little bags, and when I have a craving that simply can't be fixed by anything else, I have one bag. It works wonders hey! I think I may have actually curbed a massive habit here too as I was well known for being able to sit down in front of the tv with a 200gm bag and eat them all. Now the little 15 or 20gm bag is suffice and I'm so so satisfied! The bonus here is I hardly find myself craving them now at all!

Oh those pitas sound great, definitely going to try them today while shopping :D

I also find the single 21gram pack of veggie chips good.

21gram serving size

396.9kj
3.8gram fat
0.4g sat fat
13.9gram carbs
2.6gram sugar
.9gram fibre

Contains no artificial colours or flavours, preservatives of cholesterol. Gluten free too.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
