I have trouble getting up early for work as it is so it has to be quick and easy breaky for me, small serve of "no fat" yoghurt (like less than 100cal for 200g serve and delicious) a muesli bar and an apple or a pear.

I always have breakfast, just can't survive without it!! I have loads of different options - cereal with fruit and/or yoghurt, rye pumpernickel bread with cheese & tomato, or baked beans/spaghetti.. if I have more time it might be scrambled eggs on toast or something. Oats are good too, nice and filling.. good with sultanas & stewed apples, or prunes. Yummy. Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day :D

i always have it as well! doesn't matter how late i get up, i always want something breakfast-y first off!

mostly it's toast with vegemite, a toasted ham sandwich, baked beans on toast or muesli with skim milk.

i do have one breakfast addiction & that's iced coffee. not a full fat with cream or ice cream version, just basically a strong shot of coffee, topped up with skinny milk - no sugar or anything either. i've been drinking it for years & years & i love it!

I think breakfast is important. I have less temptation to binge when I have a good breakfast.

OMG...you guys are SO good.

I HATE breakfast!! It was my New Years Resolution to eat it this year, and so far I have - every day!! 8)

Week days I have either Wheat flakes or Uncle Tobys Oats and milk (obviously!) and a cup of tea when I get to work! On the weekend when i have more time, I go for a poached egg in a wholemeal Englosh Muffin (if the egg is runny how I like it, you don't even need butter!). YUM - I want one of those now!! :P
