I am the fibre queen !!!! that woman on that TV show that looks at peoples "waste products" would probably give mine a round of applause

On Calorie King my fibre levels are generally double the recomended quantity.

But eh - its good for me and it helps fill me up. Sure its not overly tasty and you have to chew heaps but hey, chewing burns calories right.

Yep I hve finally got myself into a routine of making sure I eat breakfast I never used to then I would fill up on crap later.

These days it will vary, muffin with lemon spread or if we have it liverwurst spread or raspberry jam, or toast with any spread except peanut butter or vegemite or I will have raisin toast with just marg on it.

And when we have a decent cereal I will have weeties or cornflakes sometimes with a bit of fruit on it.

As well as two glasses of water and a glass of milk
Mum to three kids, second mum to my 18yo sister, and married to the biggest kid my DH. Also pet mummy to one dog, two cats and three fish.

I NEVER used to eat breakfast, just a handful of vitamins and a big glass of Pepsi Max...yummm....NOT
BUT!!!
Once i was pregnant I had to give up the Pepsi and would have to have breakfast coz i had bad morning sickness and if i didn't eat anything I felt ten times worse....mind you i often brought back up what i'd just eaten anyway.....sorry
Now bubba is 6 months old and i still have to have it, which is usually a tub of diet yogurt and a piece of wholegrain toast with sliced tomato on it. :D

Sassi, your version of an iced coffee is not bad at all!

I always have it too. Usually cereal and toast (skim milk, and low points toppings). This morning though we were out of cereal so I had two eggs on toast. It kept me going all morning!

I NEVER ate breakfast at all since I was a kid unless it was a late brunch and then it would be an all day breakfast

Now its my most important meal of the day and one I probably enjoy or at least look forward to the most...

I'm a creature of habit so here is what I do... I get 3 1/2 weetabix, I put 2 in the bowl and then crumble the other 1 1/2 over them... I add low fat milk until it nearly covers them then get about 4 half slices of apricot and add a few spoonfuls of juice...

I take my time eating this and then when nearly finished I add four large spoonfuls of low fat muesli into whats left and if need be add a bit more milk...

Hehe thats it EVERYDAY religiously  and will be forever! I'm hooked 8)

Good stuff! 1/3 cup of rolled oats for me with a drop of honey after I've microwaved to turned it into porridge :)
