I NEVER ate breakfast at all since I was a kid unless it was a late brunch and then it would be an all day breakfast
Now its my most important meal of the day and one I probably enjoy or at least look forward to the most...
I'm a creature of habit so here is what I do... I get 3 1/2 weetabix, I put 2 in the bowl and then crumble the other 1 1/2 over them... I add low fat milk until it nearly covers them then get about 4 half slices of apricot and add a few spoonfuls of juice...
I take my time eating this and then when nearly finished I add four large spoonfuls of low fat muesli into whats left and if need be add a bit more milk...
Hehe thats it EVERYDAY religiously
and will be forever! I'm hooked
