Never been able to eat properly when i get up in the morning but trying anyway. When i get to work i try to have toast with vegimite or honey (i have cut the butter out) or i will grab a yogurt from coles or just have fruit, because i am at reception i have this big bowl of fruit right in front of my desk and because i buy the fruit it is what i like. Its weekends that i miss out usually, i like to sleep in and when i wake up at 10:30 i think, well its 2 hours till lunch i'll just wait which i know isn't a good thing but lunch is always yummier.

I usually do. But when I start work at 6 15am I find it a bit hard to even wake up 5min before I have to so normally i just have a coffee to kick start my day.

When I do have it I usually have muligarin toast either with marg or sometimes eggs, dry sustain. I dont add milk to my cerials at all except for weet bix when I have it with warm milk..

I used to never eat breakfast, I hated it. I LOVE it now! My fave meal of the day :D

I have one of the following:

1 piece rye/wholemeal toast (something that has at least 3-4grams fibre per slice) and a piece of fruit

Yogurt, LSA and berries

Soy and linseed bran with yoghurt, skim milk and LSA

A banana and 10-15 raw almonds or cashews

Special K with dried berries and skim milk

Wholemeal crumpets (1-2) with a thin spread of low fat peanut butter

Omlette with 1 egg and 1-2 extra egg whites with WW bacon, LF cheese, tomato and bbq sauce

I've been having the S&L bran lately as its 14grams of fibre per 45 grams
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

I like to live on the edge !

It must take ages to eat the raw oats. Is this filling?

I'm so boring with my breakfast. I have the same thing all the time. 50 grams of porridge, 1 small banana and 1tsp golden syrup.

Sometimes I have all bran with banana and milk but its usually porridge it really feels me up.

I couldn't function without breakfast.

i always have plain yoghurt, a mixture of sesame, linseed, pumpkin and sunflower seeds & a piece of fruit for breakfast. I'm surprised it hasn't got boring by now but I love it!

I always eat breakkie, but not before I ride(it makes me feel errgghhy on the bike). So I ride in to work/uni, then have something (usually oat/vita brits, muesli or a cereal mix of the above, shreadded wheat and cornflakes). Often it will hae a topping of sultanas currants and LSA or banana, or in the winter stewed apple and hot milk...mmmmmm

if it's the weekend, or a day I'm not likely to have much activity, it's usually a smaller breakfast - less cereal, a piece of toast or 2, maybe a piece of fruit.
