Anything and everything concerning weight loss.
I've always eaten brekkie, and now I'm facing the opposite problem. I'm trying to shrink my breakfast! I need to adjust my breakfast habits so that I have enough energy for running or the gym, but not eat so much that I feel ill or get a cramp. I'm finding one weetbix with soy milk an hour before exercise is working well. I have another weetbix and a banana after exercise. It stretches brekkie out but it keeps me full until lunch time!

I'm a BIG breakfast eater
I love it!
It's the main reason I wake up in the morning hehe (think I have a problem with food...)
I generally have a poached egg, or scrambled if I'm lazy (two eggs and a dash of skim milk)
And I LOVE baked beans for brekkie - have them heaps. Or yoghurt
I find I usually need something like that to keep me going
A piece of toast, or a bowl of cereal doesn't keep me going long enough
If I don't have breakfast I feel lost!
But I'm running out of yum things to have for brekkie as i get a bit bored

What's the turkey bacon like that everyone keeps mentioning?!
I stay right away from bacon because it's so bad (and a friend of the family had a pig farm....!).
