Soooo Hungry?

I am really hungry, although i know i shouldnt be... i just want to eat eat eat! everything and anything thats in sight! this morning i have had a bowl of cereal, a berocca and a weight watchers bar thingy..

grrrrr i just want to stuff myself silly.

That was me yesterday!!

I have my breakfast at home and every day I take a roll, apple and museli bar to work...all of which were eaten by midday. My boss went out for Sushi and brought me back a teriyaki chicken roll which I had at 12.30....I could've eaten ALL day!!

I feel like that today as well... i had my two slices of toast and swear that I could have had another 2 slices. BUT i didnt and very pleased with myself. Mind you its 45 mins till my morning tea and I cant wait for my nani and water....

I have been the same since my metabolism has obviously kicked in! In fact I dont even call it my hunger any more. lol. I call it my metabolism. lol

I've done the same thing again today! My sandwich, apple and museli bar were all gone before midday!

I couldn't possibly be hungry....I just want more food!! I think it's boredom...

I go through those stages. Sometimes I'm fine and a piece of fruit will fill me up for hours. Other times I want to eat everything in the kitchen that's not nailed down. And no matter how much I eat I'm still famished! I was like that last night. :(

I'm going to try an experiment on myself. Whenever I remain hungry after eating a decent amount of food I'm going to have a cup of green tea. Allegedly the phytochemical EGCG that it contains can help suppress the appetite a little so it'll be worth a shot!

that is a good idea! let us know how it goes!

My trick is to have water. water water water. god I need to pee all the time! I brought carrot sticks to work yesterday as a point free snack to snack on.... i ate them all in 10 minutes. lol.

This is why I choose the points plan instead of the core plan on WW. if I had chosen the core plan, I wouldnt lose ANY weight. lol

This morning I had fruit and cereal as normal. I then had to go to my bosses house to give him a lift to work as his car was in the shop. His wife had just cooked bacon and eggs including a serve for me, it would have been rude to say no.

I took my lunch of steamed veges and tuna to work with me and I had just finished eating it when the wife of one of my staff turned up with homemade cottage pies. I admit to eating two of the little treats (it would have been rude to say no), but now feel bloated and uncomfortable.

To add to this I have to go for dinner at my grandmothers house tonight and she would have been preparing it since yesterday (it will be rude to say no)

In summary I am not fat, just polite.

I am not overly concerned as I have been working pretty hard lately, and as long as i train hard tomorrow and am good for the rest of the week, I should still drop some weight this week.

I have been starving for the last two days as well, but when I do eat, can hardly eat anything. Do you think my stomach might have shrunken a bit? Like usually, I demolish breakfast and lunch, today I have had leftovers for brekky coz i was so full, and lunch, i only ate like a third of it and was stuffed, but now an hour and a half later im hungry again

Big Love, that might be the way for you to go...maybe eat the same amount per day but have smaller amounts at higher frequency??

Thats pretty much what i have taken to doing. Instead of three set meals, im having small breaky, sm snack, sm lunch, sm snack, sm dinner, sm snack. When I say I eat about 6 times a day, people look at me funny so I dont really want to up the times...

I eat 5 times a day atm. I find my hardest time at around 3pm and after a night time.

So in the arvo I have something small to eat plus a bottle of water. And after dinner where going for walk so by the time i get home I dont feel like eating anyhting.

Speaking of Hungry its that time again after 3 I wanna eat the world lol.
