Tell me about it TG!!

I'm the same - 3pm and I'm on the prowl :) I try to just have a pepsi max at that time (it's already open though :wink: ). The apple I bring to work is supposed to be my afternoon snack with my museli bar for the morning....but it doesn't seem to last past midday!
SW - 75.9
CW - 68
Happy weight - 68 (I MADE IT!!!)
GW - 65 (for now - and until I conceive!)

I find that when I am in one of those moods to eat, eat, eat, it is usually when I feel stressed. Be aware of it, if you start to pick on things ask yourself, "Am I stressed?" If so find a nice healthy snack & try to identify the cause of your stress so you can resolve the problem. If it's something out of your control remember exercise helps you to destress.
