Well, I figured that what I eat (so long as chocolate isn't brought into the house) is normally pretty healthy.
Yesterday was just plain silly, I ate my meals way ahead of time and ended up not sticking with the meal plan.
So today I'm planning on eating each of my meals two hours later than is normally expected, hoping this will stop me from binge eating at the end of the day.
I'll let you know how it goes.
3pm is usually my weakest hour
