Setting Up A Plan

Postby Dolly » Wed Jul 20, 2005 12:26 pm

Well, I figured that what I eat (so long as chocolate isn't brought into the house) is normally pretty healthy.

Yesterday was just plain silly, I ate my meals way ahead of time and ended up not sticking with the meal plan.
So today I'm planning on eating each of my meals two hours later than is normally expected, hoping this will stop me from binge eating at the end of the day.
I'll let you know how it goes.

3pm is usually my weakest hour

So far so good in delaying my meals 2 hours.
It's past 1pm and I still haven't had lunch yet, YAY!
This might actually work!

Hi Lanie,
This was the first successful day I've had all week.

Instead of having my meals at 7am, 12noon and 5:00pm
I had them all at 10am, 2pm and 7:00pm

I found myself drinking water and my decafe coffee a lot more between 2pm and 7pm.
But amazingly I didn't feel hungry at my usual times of 3pm and 8pm.
I think I'll give it another shot today.

Good on you Dolly ! That sounds excellent. Did you have any time for snacks ( fruit etc) at all?

Hi Lanie, I just incorporated my snacks into my meals so it was one big meal that would see me through to the next meal time.
