I am 204cm tall, and would like to get down to about 110kg, starting off at 157kg.
It's a long way to go, and i have just started.
I find i do plenty of exercise, but that KFC around the corner is really a problem.
I tried to find out my ideal weight, but BMI doesn't really make sense to me, and i haven't found anywhere to do a body fat test. So what finally happened is i was watching AFl and some of the stats came up, and one thing i noticed it that the players weigh about 1kg for every cm over 100cm. So someone who is 180cm tall would weigh about 80kg.
My wife certainly thinks that they have good body shapes, so that is good enough for me for now.
