Exactly the same! But you are much closer to your goal than me.

Well done :)

Im a 160cm and am aiming for 58kg. I used to be 53kg prior to my second child being born, however am trying to be realistic. Once Im down to 58kg, I will re-evaluate my weight from there.

I'm 164cm tall.

I want to get back to my pre-weight gain weight of 55kgs. I weighed that much 3 years ago so I know its a realistic weight to achieve.
Start weight - 77kgs
Goal weight - 53kgs
Current Weight - 50.1kgs

No more weighing, no more scales. My measurement is my success at health. It's an investment I make every single day. My priority: be healthy!

I'm 165cm and aiming for 68kg. I will reassess that goal when I achieve it... However, I do a lot of weights and as most of you know - muscle weighs 3x the amount of fat. I may look 10kg lighter - but really be 68. ANYWAYS - I have a size in mind... Not a particular weight.
To succeed you need to find something to hold on to, something to motivate you, something to inspire you - Myself (Lauren)

I'm 169 and would ultimately love to be low 60s
65 was my first goal, but I'd like 63 if I could manage it.
Just want to be a weight where if I gain a kilo, it won't be tooo much of an issue
We'll see!

I am 204cm tall, and would like to get down to about 110kg, starting off at 157kg.

It's a long way to go, and i have just started.

I find i do plenty of exercise, but that KFC around the corner is really a problem.

I tried to find out my ideal weight, but BMI doesn't really make sense to me, and i haven't found anywhere to do a body fat test. So what finally happened is i was watching AFl and some of the stats came up, and one thing i noticed it that the players weigh about 1kg for every cm over 100cm. So someone who is 180cm tall would weigh about 80kg.

My wife certainly thinks that they have good body shapes, so that is good enough for me for now.

I'm another of the shorties, 160cm. Aiming to get back to the weight I was last year, 48.5kg, about 18.7 on the BMI, which is low, but I have a very chunky frame that shows every little ounce of fat on it... unfortunately! No where for it to hide lol

I'm 166cm and my ultimate goal is 65kg which is what I weighed for most of my teens. However, I am happy with anything as long as I'm healthy and look nice!

i'm 5'9 and my ultimate ideal would be 65kg, but i will be happy within the 65-70kg range. i used to weigh 60kgs or a lil under, and it was so not a good look. no energy, pelvis jutting out, stopped menstruating... man... too hard to maintain.
