Do you mean"save" as in if im supposed to eat 26 and eat 22, or is that including exercise?

Save as in you can cut them out :mrgreen: Some people like to "save" these points for another day for a couple of drinks or a treat, but saying that you shouldn't go over board on saved points treats either :mrgreen:

ok i thought you meant 4 saved points a day from exercise..WTF? Im getting confused :roll: :? ...I think I'll stick to my same exercise, but up the ante with my points...

just say you get 26 points a day, not counting your exercise points. Your only supposed to go as low as 22, no lower. Some people do this to "save" points for say a special dinner etc later in the week. Or you could just not have them at all.

If your adding exercise on top of it, be careful not to cut your points down too much. So if your doing an extra 4 points worth of exercise I would eat all of your points and not your exercise "bonus" points...

lol, no you haven't...that makes perfect sense now! Sorry, im a little ditzy (I was born a blonde!)

I think I might try and up my points, I think it will help with not feeling hungry in between meals aswell.
