Ive just signed up and have noticed there is a challenge going on. Is it too late for me to sign up for it? And if not what do I do to get on board?

Hi Butterfly,

welcome aboard.

No it's never too late to join one of our challenges.

Just jump right in and start.

For example, our lastest 12 week weight loss challenge is just starting its 3rd week, so you can just post your first entry with one of the following examples (I've used 100kgs just as an example):

Week 1: N/A
Week 2: N/A
Week 3: 100kgs


Week 1: 100kgs
Week 2: 100kgs
Week 3: 100kgs


if you know what your weight was at the beginning of the past two weeks, simply enter those next to week one or two.

As with this challenge, if there are any others in the Challenges section that you want to join in on, just go ahead.

It's great to have you on board and I look forward to reading about your weight loss successes.

nice to see another butterfly on the forum! Jump right in, the challenges are mostly for our own benefit so none of us mind if anyone jumps in late.

Look forward to seeing how you go!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
