So....the day after a long weekend probably isn't the best time to be weighing in, but I'd committed myself to a Tuesday / Wednesday weigh in so did it anyway. I'm stuck on 72.5...no loss and no gain.
I'm SO frustrated
I feel like I'm being so careful with what I eat and literally working my butt off at the gym - I went 6 times last week - and I'm getting no where. I admit I did have a few treats on the weekend - a glass of wine at the beach yesterday and strawberries and ice cream at the cricket on Sunday...but not enough to undo all the good I did during the week!
Plus, today is my mums birthday so no gym (and the temptation of cake)....
What's worse is my partner....in ONE day over the weekend, had 2 croissants with extra butter (while I had cereal), then at the cricket he had a hot dog with chips and 4 or 5 beers (I took a sandwhich and water). In the last week he's been for 3 15 minute runs around the block and...you guessed it....lost a kilo!
Sorry for the rant...I hope I haven't brought anyone elses spirits down...
I do honestly hope everyone else is doing well xo
