Hi all :)

So....the day after a long weekend probably isn't the best time to be weighing in, but I'd committed myself to a Tuesday / Wednesday weigh in so did it anyway. I'm stuck on loss and no gain.

I'm SO frustrated  I feel like I'm being so careful with what I eat and literally working my butt off at the gym - I went 6 times last week - and I'm getting no where. I admit I did have a few treats on the weekend - a glass of wine at the beach yesterday and strawberries and ice cream at the cricket on Sunday...but not enough to undo all the good I did during the week!

Plus, today is my mums birthday so no gym (and the temptation of cake)....

What's worse is my ONE day over the weekend, had 2 croissants with extra butter (while I had cereal), then at the cricket he had a hot dog with chips and 4 or 5 beers (I took a sandwhich and water). In the last week he's been for 3 15 minute runs around the block guessed it....lost a kilo!

Sorry for the rant...I hope I haven't brought anyone elses spirits down... I do honestly hope everyone else is doing well xo

Dont get to upset about the weight staying the same is better than putting on I always think, but i can see where your comming from you work so hard and when you dont loose its like well why did i even bother.

I have a man just like you, he can sit there and eat whatever he wants and not put on a single thing, where if i sniff take away i put on weight lol.

Hang in there !!!!! because you have worked so hard you should be proud. :D

keep it will pay off!
guys are able to eat more than us husband eats double what i do and we weigh the same....
focus on what you are doing and your body....also give yourself something you like to eat....only in much smaller portions
or you will feel that you are missing out....for example- i give myself a row of chocolate on most days....

Look at it this way .... you maintained your weight for the week ! It could have been alot worse had you gained :)

You should be proud of yourself !!
