I'm not sure about the fat metabolising abilities of Musashi products, but as Bfer said you should beware of any claims like that. Go to a health food shop, read the container, talk to the staff, then look it all up on the web and do some solid research before deciding on whether to use it or not. If you have any existing health problems talk to your doctor about it too. Protein's good for rebuilding muscles so it's always a good thing to have following exercise, especially weight-training. You can find plenty of protein supplements that don't have any extra products added to them.
