Losing Motivation..

I'm losing/have lost motivation to lose weight :( I just feel sad and 'can't be bothered'. Help? :(
SW: 91 kg
CW: 94.7 kg
GW: 70 kg

Goals:
1. 91kg (my original SW)
2. 85.5kg (BMI in 'overweight' category)
3. 80kg
4. 75kg
5. 70kg (BMI in 'Normal' weight range)

HEY...Think of that sexy body your going to have...think of how healthy your going to be and how good you will feel...Its hard sometimes, but you have to soldier on! Your doing great so far, so take little steps at a time, and just do the best you can.

Don't loose hope... :D

Thanks :) I also havent been on here for a few days, so that may have contributed. I can't be bothered exercising either. Ill get over it though :)

Hey, I went through this recently too and regained a few kg's and then i felt even worse, so try and stick with it, you'll feel better for it i guarantee you....and when you have that hot bod you want you'll be glad you stuck with it. :)

it happens to the best of us....the important thing is that you get back on track....i dont see moments like this as failures...
i just see them as bumps in the road....the end of the road being my goal weight...
keep going and love yourself... :D :mrgreen:
