it's always hard to lose weight. That's why you need to motivate yourself over and over again

guess you just have to be strong and hang on in there... I've got to that stage myself where I'm nearing the end... people are saying don't lose any more but I think you've got to just push through that and stay to your original goals..

they are not the worst thing in the world to be treating yourself with but again its all about moderation... try just having one or two snakes a day as a treat? I know this doesn't help me as once I allow myself even a couple l want more  so I don't even have them in the house

I also can't have lollies in the house because I have no self control... I have embarrassing memories of binging on weird ingredients like dessicated coconut. lol What's wrong with me!? :P

Usually I just keep some sugar free lollies in the cupboard. There's no "taboo" on eating them so there's no way I would binge on them. And that to me is the proof that it's allllll in my head.

God I've done the same thing in the past - I even remember a dietician telling me about a patient that got caught drinking oil and eating plain flour in her kitchen - that I found rather disturbing, but I must admit I ate some strange things when I used to binge eat!
