Sleeping More ?

To all those who have lost or are in the process of losing a lot of weight have you noticed that your sleeping patterns have changed ?.

I've been full on dieting now for about 18months and now need 2 hours more sleep than I needed back when I was at my biggest. I expected to need more sleep at the start of my journey as I was doing so much more physically but thought I would stabalise. When I was really big I ate crap food and had no energy but needed less sleep and now I eat great, have oodles of energy but need heaps of sleep, how does that work?.

It doesn't seem fair, is it just me ?.

Ok I'll try and track down some pictures. Its not that easy as surprise surprise ! I hated having photos taken of me !!! but there will be some around and I'd be curious at seeing the difference too.

Its on my list of things to do !.
