To all those who have lost or are in the process of losing a lot of weight have you noticed that your sleeping patterns have changed ?.
I've been full on dieting now for about 18months and now need 2 hours more sleep than I needed back when I was at my biggest. I expected to need more sleep at the start of my journey as I was doing so much more physically but thought I would stabalise. When I was really big I ate crap food and had no energy but needed less sleep and now I eat great, have oodles of energy but need heaps of sleep, how does that work?.
It doesn't seem fair, is it just me ?.
