Thanks for all this information. I am currently TTOTM and was little disheartened to see a gain of .200grams gain since last week when on monday I had lost 0.500grams since last friday. Just wondering though when people have gained because of af, the next week, was the weight loss higher?

I've just begun to lose weight.

This month is the first time I have noticed a gain. I am feeling disheartened as I have kept within my Weight Watcher points and have exercised daily and still gained 500g.

Am I being too unrealistic in expecting a weekly loss?

I have had TTOTM all week and hoped on the scales this morning and was really happy with the result (will post tomorrow) and the same thing happend last week, so the past two i have lost good amounts of weight! Now i am really confused cos everyone else seems to gain :? Not that i am complaining about loosing weight, really happy about that

I had a loss today of 0.7kg and also got TTOM so thats pretty good! I was 100% on track this week so I probably would have had an even bigger loss if it wasn't TTOM.

I am kind of in the rythym of it all now in as much as I know the weigh in just after TTOTM will be "disappointing" then 7 days later, a great loss.....so it takes about 10 days to catch up/get over TTOTM.....

For example, this Thursday will be a "TTOTM" weigh in and if I lose opnly 500g I will be OK with it, becasue a week later the sclaes will show a "better loss" of 1.5kg.

It all evens out over a month.......
