As others have said you shouldn't be tired, you should be feeling much better. With your exercise do you mean you walk 5kms in 20mins or do you set the treadmill on a speed of 5k/ph?
Let us know about CK and how many calories you're eating and what types of food and we might be able to help from there

Im sleeping better than ever. And def try to stick to your calories...I was eating less than I was supposed to and was zapped all the time..I upped it to what they are supposed to be, and im loosing more, and feeling better!
