I hope i have this in the right section (sorry if its not)
The other day i went to the shop with my sister 9.30 in the morning,she buys a bag of chips a KINGSIZE crunchie bar and a 600 ml coke!!!!!!!!!!!! :evil:
I brought an OJ no added sugar ya know the healthy one. :D
I was like "how do you eat that garbage and stay so skinnyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy" :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
I thought to myself ill probably put on more weight from this juice than she will eating that
Hope i didnt bore ya too much there just had to get it out

i just have to say that i know EXACTLY how you feel....
every1 i know is skinny and seem to have much bigger plates of food than me
and it really annoys me.....
i have 2 watch myself cos sometimes i think to myself....well if they can eat it why cant i?
thats a death trap!!!
but yeah..its soooooo annoying!!!

Well done for sticking with the OJ! You could've easily gotten a choc bar, chips and coke too but you didn't. Thats brilliant work! So there is actually GOOD news to this post ;)

As for eating heaps of junk and not putting on weight...when I was riding 2-3horses a day I would stay at 64kgs no matter what I ate, but I wasn't toned, I was flabby and I felt like crap - tired and lethargic. I bet she doesn't have the energy you have :D
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

That is so very tru. My older sister is 58kgs and I am currently 87.5 and I can out walk her, out ride her. I am just physically fitter than her. I think it is great you chose the healthier option. Well done..

Haha don't you hate people like that though! But if you compare the OJ with the Coke there probably isn't a huge amount of difference in sugars etc.. Juice isn't as innocent as it seems, you're better off with a piece of fruit! :wink:
