I do a morning and afternoon session. Admittedly I've been a little slack with the exercise for a couple of weeks and haven't been exercising as I should.

I do anything up to 25 minutes in the morning and around an hour at night :)

I primarily exercise in the mornings. I usually go for my morning run around 4:30-5AM then hit the gym for either a class, PT session or just some random cardio machines.

Wednesday nights I do rock climbing and Thursday nights I'm at Hockey Training. And sometimes during my lunch break if I'm not feeling slack I'll go for a half hour walk.
Start weight - 77kgs
Goal weight - 53kgs
Current Weight - 50.1kgs

I do my exercising at night, just got back from running now and it's 7:54pm. I'm just not a morning person :roll:

hahahahah not really :P I can be really lazy when I want to be :D. The majority of the working day, I'm sitting on my butt.

My running I don't consider as exercise. It's my "ME" time to just chill and relax and process thoughts - crazy huh? But it works fabulously to de-stress me.

As to the gym, I only go 5 times a week and some times I really do need to force myself to go. But after my sessions I'm grateful that I did push myself hahaha, plus two of those 5 days I see my PT and he costs a lot of $$ so I have to go. He's scary looking big muscly guy so if I miss a session I know he will be on my back :lol: Hahahaha even this morning I attended my PT session with an aching wisdom tooth that is to be pulled out this afternoon. I only went out of pure fear hahahahaha :lol:

With my Hockey, I loved playing it when I was a kidlet in high school and I wanted to join a team sport. Now I get to mix with a wonderful bunch of ladies of all ages and its great to meet and socialise with new people.

The rock climbing is the boys fault hahahah. He goes rock climbing every Wednesdays at Kangaroo Point Cliffs and he took me to anaconda to do indoor rock climbing a couple months back and I really enjoyed it. It doesn't cost me anything as I use his equipment. I've yet to make the top of the cliff but I will :lol: Boy do you need a lot of upper body strength which I'm lacking.

I've recently taken to ad break workouts in the evening. Every ad break jump up and do 20 pushups 20 crunches 20 tricepdips (all to the best of my ability lol better than nothing) and then finish off the ad break with star jumps/lunges/jog on the spot. So what if it's not perfect, it's got to be better than sitting on the couch staring into space :mrgreen:

Usually about an hour after I wake up so around 10-11 and I stay there an hour. I do my muscle workout followed by cardio which takes me just over an hour.


I hate doing it in the evening or night becuase the whole day the thought of going looms over my head

i do exercise in the morning time 7am to 8am ,
and in the evening time 8 to 9 go to gym. because i have no other time for that because in the whole day i am busy in my work .
