Dropping shoe sizes

Postby HappyBella55 » Tue Mar 18, 2008 7:05 pm

Since losing weight my shoe size has decreased one size :(

I'm between a 7.5-8 and fit some 7. I've notice all my shoes are starting to become lose on me.

Today I wore a pair of slip ons that I bought from General Pants Co and are a size 7 and are too big on me now. I got a blister from them, as my foot was slipping and sliding :( . I don't mind losing dress sizes (in fact I love it :D ) but shoe sizes....man it sucks....I have soooo many nice pair of shoes that are getting to big on me boo hoo.

Has anyone else noticed this :?:

Yep, I had that too.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Yeah me too! My gym shoes have got too big too and are threatening to come off on the treadmill and I'm just flopping about in the others . Can't afford new ones at the moment, also can't afford new clothes and so I'm still in my "big" size 14's and even some of my size 12 stuff is beginning to gape. Can't believe that just a few month ago, I was wearing a size 16 trousers and having to open the button coz they were too small - it's a good feeling!!! 8)

I don't want this to happen to me! My feet are already small in proportion to the rest of my body. Any smaller and I'd end up with little pig trotters.

I really didn't think I had fat feet. But the drop in shoe size confirms I did  Holy! I had (and still have) fat EVERYWHERE, which is dissappearing....WOO HOO....

I was having a sook because I have to replace all my shoes, I've raided my wardrobe and most of my shoes are big :( boo hoo hoo. Ali, usually I would be ecstatic about going shoe shopping, I love love love shoes, but now I have to get my priorities straight and with paying a mortgage I can't indulge. My one indulgence are expensive shoes.

Today, I bought a new pair of Zoe Wittner work shoes in a size 6 .

Keeping my fingers crossed that I won't go down another size. I don't think I will though....thank gawddd hehehehehe
