Basically, i think its natural for the body to want fresh fruits vegies and nuts. And meats.. prepared modestly.

I find that now i have changed my diet, my body isnt wanting so much crap.

Its silly to ever tell yourself a treat is KFC or a donut.
Theres no satisfaction.. and one only leads to more and more.

SO!

My treats are the fattier of natural foods.
Which i know i cant eat on a constant basis when losing my weight.

Things like cashews and peanuts.
Yum.
Avocado and bananas are great also.

I am a lollies fan so when I get a craving I have Skittles Minis - They come in a snack pack - Snap and share I think there are 8 mini packets in one tray
On Weight watchers each little pack is 1 point - Eat them 1 by 1 and they last ages too :D
