monitoring your own cholesterol levels

Postby hazel99 » Thu Mar 20, 2008 2:48 pm

Cholesterol is one of the many issues affecting our lives.

so what is cholesterol?
Cholesterol is a waxy substance found naturally in our body. It has an important role: cholesterol is a building block for cell walls and bile acids and it is needed to produce hormones and vitamin D.

1 in 2 Australian and NZ adults have high cholesterol, but most people don’t think they do. That’s why Flora pro-activ is going to provide 'Testing the nation' FREE booths for people who are curious or are worried about their own health regarding to cholesterol levels. This will take place 7th April-12th April across the country.

this can help many australians and all the information you need to know is on the website http://www.thetestnation.com.au

so anyone who would like to share their own little stories or worries about their health problems, we want to hear you out. we are sure to help anyone.
