Has anyone tried it? I know it's been around for a while but they have really started heavily advertising it lately as far as I've noticed at least. It's a breakfast and lunch shake replacement plus a healthy dinner like TF or KM. I would like to know if anyone has had sucess on this program

I think there's quite a few threads about it on here. I remember seeing them pop up every now and then.

I think they could be heavily advertising it now that TBL is drawing to a close and previous BL contestants have endorsed the product ( this is from memory, so correct me if Im wrong :) )

I've been curious to know what the shakes taste like as they have far more flavours than optifast !!

I got the 7 day starter pack and started on Friday, I have tried the chocolate, caramel, cafe latte, vanilla, stawberry and banana and they were all pretty good. Some of them smelled totally different to the taste but all of them were quite palatable. It's not the cheapest thing out there but in the 2 days I've been using it I've lost about 2kg of carb bloating I'd put on since being out of town on holidays. I haven't had any side effects and it seems really easy to stick to, this is the first shake replacement program I've tried. I hope it keeps up lol I would have done this years ago if I'd known

I think they work out to around $3 each if you buy a 1 week pack (14 shakes) or $3.20 per shake if you buy them seperately. The good thing is that you can buy individual sachets first of nearly every flavour to work out if you can drink them and what flavours are good for you. I tried it, but my appetite is on the plus 2000 calorie mark, and I was ridiculousy hungry trying to follow the plan. I still buy the shakes though - they make a great nutritional breaky - which I use to skip and buy junk at morning tea. Now I have a shake for breaky instead - I love the banana flavour. I also like the chocolate, cafe latte and choc mint flabours - I just use them for snacking now (more nutritional for me).
