i was put onto CK by Kaz (thanks heaps) just by joinging and getting to know the program tonight, I have noticed it seems to be alot like ww. But I wanted to ask if anyone apart from Kaz is actually using this web site to lose weight, and if you are has it worked for you.

I have been using it and WW and I really like it. I like that I can see protein, carbs etc.

Yeah as I said to you on MSN I swear by it. It really helped me when I first started. Helps when you feel like a treat & you look up how many cals it has most the time it turns me off so I don't end up eating it. lol

i use it too..
it helps me take the guesswork out of my eating.
Actually i realised that i still had on there that i was breastfeeding so my limit is 1490 cal not 1700 as it used to be.
The great thing is that i was eating roughly 1400 cal anyway! phew!!

I love it. Counting calories is definitely the way to go for me! Nearly 10kg gone, so it's working for me :D
