I do a program called "Metabolic Surge" that does include some really great circuit workouts. The web address is

Just as an idea, I alternate between 45 seconds of cardio (on my cross trainer that I have at home) then a set of weights then another 45 seconds and so on.
Day one would be:
Back x6 sets
Chest x 6 sets
Bicep x 4 sets
Calves x 4 sets
and day 2 would be:
Shoulders x 5 sets
Triceps x 5 sets
Thighs x 6 sets
Hamstrings x 4 sets
