I agree, there's not a whole lot of calories involved in it, so it can't be good from that perspective. Plus it's so hard mentally to deal with not eating solid food! I have had a go a couple of times, but I was scoffing down the contents of my pantry by about 8pm hahaha.
I've seen a few people go through the lemon detox and it wasn't pretty.. They starved themselves for the 10 days or however long it is and yeah they lost weight but each one of them put it all back on and more very very quickly... I wouldn't recommend it at all. The old fashioned way, eating right and getting off your butt is the best way to do it in my opinion.
