i know this is an old thread, but i have a question for all you wii fitters out there: now that you've had the game for a while (few months at least), are you still using it regularly? or has the novelty worn off? i really want one, but for the price, i really need to justify it

what's your favourite part of wii fit? i reckon the yoga section looks pretty good, is it hard?

I still use ours on a daily basis & so does Jac33au. Its a good tracking device for daily weigh ins & it works out graphs for weight & BMI so thats good to see. I also use the balance & yoga section most days so for us it was well worth the money.

I love the rythm boxing, its like step aerobics & boxing combined.

The more you rav about it cass, the more tempted I am to buy it. Hahahaha could I justify it as a "household" expense to pay for the wii from our joint account :? hahahah the boy is going to get a shock when he sees the wii when he gets back from Japan.

I'm lookin at getting a wii fit.. but i'm a large girl (127kg) and most things i step on break!!!! Whats it made out of? I have a huge fear that if I get one and get on it, it'll snap and break :( The psychological problems of a lifetime of being overweight!!!

i can so sympathise here - even though we don't weigh the same i've had a chair break on me when i went to go sit on it. I was 18 at the time, with a bunch of friends it was so embarrassing.

Luckily i've never had anything like that.. Although I sat on a chair once and it toppled over and to everyone it looked like i'd broken it, but to the people sitting at my table outside they could see the leg diappeared down into a rain water grate!!! However we had one of those cheap futon things you get for 100 bucks that break really easily, and i sat down a little too fast on it and i heard SNAP... i quickly put some tough boxes under it, no one noticed until we moved!!! Luckily no one was home at the time and it had ben months so no one still knows how it broke

I just did a quick google search & it came up with the maximum is 330 pounds (about 149 kilos). My husband was a little less than you when we got it & itspretty sturdy. I think you'll be fine :D

Hi!
Do you have to buy anything extra?
I saw a mat with it - is it included?
Thanks

You need a wii console & a wii fit. The wii fit comes with the disc & the balance board.

Can you use this as exercise? I thought it looked fun but never took it seriously as exercise
I am interested to know if has helped increase your fitness levels or tone up.
Need to get motivated.
