Retaining fluid - help!

I was hoping someone would have some helpful advice. I'm retaining fluid like crazy! I drink heaps of water and I've been following my eating plan but every morning when I wake up I'm puffed up like a sausage! I know its messing with my weighing, because I *feel* like I've lost weight but the scales arent moving and I'm so puffy!!
Anyone got any secrets to getting rid of excess fluid?

I find that potassium is good, the day before weigh-in, I'll make sure I have plenty of bananas and avocado (rich in potassium), take a multi-vitamin, and of course, avoid sodium and it helps enormously!

I fully sympathise! I'm the same at the moment... my fault completely though due to overindulging the last couple of days.

What helps me is to cut out the carbs for a few days, that works like anything! I also get into the herbal diuretics and that also helps a little bit.

Agree with the carbs comment above - they're a nightmare!

Try a natural duiretic like dandelion tablets, they worked for me. :D
