Hubby and I decided we would try a weight watcher approach to weightloss.
While I was having a nap, hubby designed a program to calculate the amount of points in foods. All you have to do is enter in the kj or cal, the amount of fat and fibre.
If anyone would like a copy of the program, please let me know, cos i would love to help out
the program is only like 15kbs
