ABSOLUTELY!!! Free day Saturday it is. It doesn't mean that we can totally pig-out but it does mean that we can have 'normal' food without feeling guilty. I think I'll still have my shake for breakfast because I'm not a huge breakfast person anyway, and then enjoy a free lunch and free dinner.
One question though, will doing this 1 day per week, put our body back into the old way of using carbs for energy instead of using our fat stores? It's just that the diet book says that it takes 48 hours of following this diet properly, for our bodies to convert into the 'using fat stores as energy' mode...and if doing this 1 day a week, ruins that, then I'm not sure about it.
