I had a baby 3 months ago, and I need to know the best way to loose the weight and tone the stomach and arms, I lead a fairly busy lifestyle so I need something that isnt too time consuming, as it has to fit around my baby and my other daily chores.

how many kgs are u looking at to lose? they recommend 30mins of cardio daily so first try and get that in then add some weights to that, u can google weight exercisers and ab workouts etc. Try and keep a journal of what u eat making sure u eat enough of all foods group. goodluck

:P My first amount is 5-6 kgs just to get to my bmi, then I want to tone up and loose a bit more weight if needed

I haven't had a baby...yet! :shock:
But,
Don't forget if your breastfeeding you get more KJ also depending on how delivery went it might be best to check with your doctor just encase there is any excercise that you shouldn't be doing :D

well, usually a new momma is very busy with her new child. But if you have free time, use it for exercising and read the tips here, in weightloss.com.au :mrgreen:
