1. Get the calorie intake under control. I really can't go much above 1500cal, and I'm a pig, so it's hard
2. Excercise, of course!
3. Ditch the carbs. This works wonders for me
I think as well, getting your head right. If you're not ready, it won't happen. And make sure you have tonnes of support, if not from family and friends, then from online forums.... like this one
