I’m starting a new diet today. I’ve got a diet and vitamin plan from massattack. I’ve organized my food and written up an exercise plan. Discipline is not strength of mine so I’m hoping by regularly posting you can all help keep me on track.

Goal Weight: 60
Walked for half an hour this morning, have been eating from my green list, drinking lots of water and taking my vitamins and herbs (herbs taste… well, yuck to must be good for me).
