Just Getting Started!!!

Hello Everyone

I’m starting a new diet today. I’ve got a diet and vitamin plan from massattack. I’ve organized my food and written up an exercise plan. Discipline is not strength of mine so I’m hoping by regularly posting you can all help keep me on track.

Start Weight: 89
Goal Weight: 60

Walked for half an hour this morning, have been eating from my green list, drinking lots of water and taking my vitamins and herbs (herbs taste… well, yuck to must be good for me).

Well... I think I'm doing pretty good. I've stuck to my green food list and taken all my herbs and vitamins. I've just sent of my food diary to massattack and they should be getting back to me in the next few days to tell me what I can improve on in my meal plans. I've just bought their cook book, so that should help me think of some more interesting recipes. I've lost 1kg so far... not bad. i feel good. i'm not a tired and i'm sleeping better i think.

Well done Rosie - that's a great start! Do they do a food diary thing too? Something i plan to do over the weekend is sort out all my cookbooks - work out my meals for the next couple of weeks etc. I think this will help me to be more organised.

What is their cookbook like?

Planning meals is the key. If you know what you're going to eat and it's something healthy and yummy, you don't look for junk food. You just look forward to that awesome stir fry or what ever it is you're into. Massattack cook books been great, I've got lots of good recipes from it. I got my diet diary back this morning. i'm eating a little to my carbs, otherwise my diet is ok. :lol:

Got the CBF's today. Just want more sleep... Got to bed very late last night and woke up with the grumps...

Will walk when i get home tonight, still took my vitamins and followed my food tables.

Hello All

Sorry haven't posted in a while. Had a terrible flu followed by gastro and had about a million things that should have be done last week...

Down to 81kg which I'm happy with considering how little exercise I did while sick. Managed to stick to my food tables and take my vitamins.
