Fat Loss Questions

Postby James » Fri May 30, 2008 8:06 pm

Do people who are obese and have many extra kilos, lose weight easily for longer than people who are only slightly overweight?

Is 1 kilo of weight loss a week (2.2lbs) feasible for a year?

Does stretched skin ever shrink for people who have lost a lot of weight when their 40 years old + ?

everyone is different so there isn't a general answer for these questions. However you can say that in most cases people who have more to lose do tend to have bigger losses. With a calorie controlled diet and exercise losing 1kg a week is doable. Lose skin is an issue for people who lose a large amount of weight quickly aswell as older people as skin loses elasticity as you age. The best way to avoid it as much as possible is to do toning exercises and lose the weight slowly
