Hi, I am a new member here. I have been so unmotivated in the battle of the bulge, until I saw a photo of myself, in all my fat glory today.
Two years ago I lost 10kg's on Lite and Easy but due to my work situation now I just can't do Lite N Easy, I travel and never have a microwave handy during the day.
I ride horses, over the time that Equine Flu went through Aus I was unable to ride as my horses were sick and I put on 15kgs.
Now I am riding again I do alot of exercise, but I also eat crappy food and massive proportions....even when I'm not very hungry.
I often eat healthily but never stick to it, I really want to lose the excess weight and feel good about myself and healthy again.
I need a kick in the butt and some tips on how you got started and stuck to it!!
