For me it is! I've already lost a bit over 2kg in the past week, and all I've done is cut out junk food. Once I start exercising it'll increase to about 4kg per week, and then in a few weeks it will go back down to a steady 2kgs a week. I've always been like that! I have a fast metabolism and a lot of my weight is muscle. I just eat junk food non stop and when I stop doing that, weight comes off quite easily! I just need to stick to it!!
as you get closer to your goal weight, don't be disappointed your weight loss won't be as much as now.
