I bought a set of digital scales last nigt, thats wh i got my 128.2kg on this morning. But the only other weights I have for myself are the 127kg from the doctors scales, or the 131kg from my old non-digital bent scales. I just want to know which would I should look at to determine how my progress is going, as one previous reading would say I gained weight, and one would say I lost weight.
SW: 139.3kg - 01/01/2012
CW: 136.8kg - 08/01/2012
Goal: 60kg

personally, i'd disregard both the doctors & your old scales & just start again from your weight tomorrow. but that's just my personal preference!

otherwise i'd probably use the doctors (sorry!) because i'd think they were more reliable. that said, my doctor has the old type scales & i was lighter on there than my own digital scales so who knows how accurate they are!

I think that's what I would do too

Sweets,

I do know how you feel.

I have scales at home, scales that I weigh in at Kate Morgan, and scales that I weigh in with with my personal trainer.

I have numbers jingling round in my head as they are all different!

My ticker below and my "constant" reference is my HOME scales. I weigh in on them weekly and enter in that figure into my ticker and jot it down.

And I weigh in at Kate Morgan fortnightly and they write it down on a wee card for me.

And I weigh in weekly (at night) with my trainer, and that gets written down with her.

The amount lost is the same.........
