only just started - i've lost a kilo & i'm not going on a diet - just eating the foods i love!
well its different cos i'm making sure each meal is below 10% fat & kj friendly. Also watching portion size.

I've lost 5 kilos on my current diet, 2 of those since I joined MassAttack. It feels like a lot more then 5 kilos though! I'm actually starting to feel healthy, which is a big deal for me.

It's been a very l-o-n-g process but I've lost 7 kilos in about 6 months.

Basically, I've cut out a lot of [email protected] out of my diet and used calorie king to get a little more educated on whats exactly in what i eat! Since being in an accident, exercise is now a little more difficult but I do what I can!!
SW - 75.9
CW - 68
Happy weight - 68 (I MADE IT!!!)
GW - 65 (for now - and until I conceive!)

I've lost about 25kg since November.

For 2 months I reduced the crap and reduced the portion sizes.

Then for 4 months I did Kate Morgan (2 shakes and a low carb light meal) and upped the exercise

Since April I started with a personal trainer and have increased my exercise a lot, and now use CK to eat approx 1200 cals a day, made up of 50% protein, 40% carbs and 10% fat.

so far 3 KG's, no specific diet, just trying to generally watch what i eat, cut out the junk and exercise.

Last time i lost weight i lost 10 KG's by cutting out carbs at dinner, sadly due to my love affair with carbs, i put it all back on (and more). am now trying to get back there slowly but trying not to cut so many carbs out, am trying to have 2-3 carb free nights a week and hoping i can maintain my love, as well as slowly lose the weight. :)

have u gained back any of the weight u lost from kate morgan?
when i did TF 2 yrs ago i lost 7kgs & when i reintroduced carbs into my diet i regained the weight.

i'm a carb addict too. couldn't go without pasta, potato or breads! it really comes down 2 moderation & portion control - well that's what i'm doing this time around.

Nope. I do eat carbs now, but only about 1 portion a day.........ie 2 slices of bread for a sandwich, OR some pasta, OR some rice.......plus I have really upped the exercise.

thats great u didn't gain any.
when i put the weight back on i went back 2 eating oats/cereal for breakfast, sandwich based lunch & baked potato with baked beans 4 dinner 3 nights a week.

That's what I would LIKE to be able to eat, LOL! But it just is not a happening thing for me...........

My ideal meal would be macaroni cheese AND baked potatoes AND bread, LOL! But it appears that for me all those processed carbs are no good for my weight loss for me.......hence I have reduced the carbs and upped the protein..........

are u going 2 eat like this 4 the rest of your life?
i was thinking of going back 2 shakes but i love my carbs too much lol breakfast wouldn't be breakfast if i didn't have oats or cereal lol
i've got a protein powder 2 drink in place of my afternoon snack - i can handle replace that meal lol will see how i go with that.
