Nope. I do eat carbs now, but only about 1 portion a day.........ie 2 slices of bread for a sandwich, OR some pasta, OR some rice.......plus I have really upped the exercise.
when i put the weight back on i went back 2 eating oats/cereal for breakfast, sandwich based lunch & baked potato with baked beans 4 dinner

That's what I would LIKE to be able to eat, LOL! But it just is not a happening thing for me...........
My ideal meal would be macaroni cheese AND baked potatoes AND bread, LOL! But it appears that for me all those processed carbs are no good for my weight loss for me.......hence I have reduced the carbs and upped the protein..........
