Which one... Would love your opinons

Postby holly80 » Tue Jul 15, 2008 7:23 pm

My best friend and I are either going to join ww or tony furgerson this weekend. But we cant decide which one to join. I have made up a list of pros and cons and they kind of weigh out the same.

So I ask you

What one would you do Weight Watchers or Tony? And whats your reason for this??

Depends on what you want from your change of lifestyle. WW will show you how to eat for the rest of your life incorporating every food into their program. TF is good for quick weight loss but does limit what foods you can actually eat. You can't really drink alcohol on the program and if you can get sick of the shakes quickly. Its not a big outlay for either program and if you start with TF you could change to WW at any time. Try looking on ebay for some shakes without having to join up and see if you like them. They do have heaps of flavours. Sorry I havent really been much help.
Good luck with your weight loss

Out of the 2 I would much prefer WW. I don't fancy the whole shake thing personally. Good luck whichever way you go.

Hhhmmm.....I think I agree. I'm trying shakes for a few weeks to try and kick start some weight loss before I go back to the gym and start eating 'normally' again.

I think WW is a great way to educate you in what you should and shouldn't eat. For a change in life style, WW would get my vote.

Let us know what you decide....and good luck! :P

i've done both. with ww u can eat what u like, teaches u 2 eat heathy food, i lost weight slowly with ww.
with TF i lost the weight quickly but did put it on plus more cos i introduced carbs in my diet again.
it depends on what u r after & what u can see yourself sticking with.

i'd go with WW - you can eat what you like and it teaches you too! with tf, after u stop the shakes you're most likely to put it on again

I am going to have to agree with everyone too.

I have tried both and TF was awful. I felt shakey and headachy for the first 2 days then had horrible gastric problems for another 3 days!

With WW I have lost weight every week that I stick to the program. I am never hungry and I have learnt to change my eating habits. Also the support from them is fantastic.

Plus its cheaper!
