I read your thread in the maintenance section (your latest one) and was so inspured by your success (and sitting at the same start weight you were, with similar loss goals) I went for a run!
Yep, little ol' lazy, never ran before me! Twice now since Friday and I'm pumped about a run tonight after work! Just 5 mins of walking followed by 20 minutes at 7.5kms or so per hour, the 5 mins walking to cool down (all at a slight incline). I feel so proud of myself and am hoping to add an extra minute of actual run time to each session until I cacn do 30-45 mins of jogging.
