Oh and if any of you have cravings during the day at work like me sitting at a desk all day - since I've joined this forum only in the last couple of weeks, I've been able to steer them away by coming onto here and reading up on all of your progress etc.

Current weight: 64.2kgs
Goal weight: 60kgs

Ok so my Sydney trip is over and I've reached 64.2kgs - my next weigh in is in 2 weeks time so that whatever damage I did in Sydney will be done and dusted! I would love to lose 4.2kgs by Xmas time and I guess thats where my new goal begins :)

Omg I know how you feel!

I did this yesterday with Scones! And the day before that with cake :oops:

I was soo good before!!! And think that's our problem ;)

Now I'm going to eat what's called 'Low GI' foods to fill me up, before I wasn't, so that was what was making me suffer from snack attacks, and indulging...

Oh and not eating breakfast properly, which I will now :)
