I'll have to read it again as I've forgotten most of it, but from memory you cut carbs, refined sugars, dairy, artificial sweeteners and caffeine. You also drink some sort of flaxseed oil, psyllium husk and cranberry juice cocktail every morning and take evening primrose oil supplements. There's scientific reasons given for everything. I think you only do gentle exercise too. God, I've the worst memory
