it's actually taken me AGES, since sept/oct 2006, and firstly i cut out all crap food - fizzy drink (especially coke), sausage rolls, chips, lollies, choc etc cos i knew i couldn't be trusted around them!! then after a while i would include them but not very often - it's only in the past yr or so i've been drinking coke and having choc again etc didn't help when food is soooo expensive at uni either! then i started getting into the gym a bit but slackered off pretty fast (treadmill and cross trainer mainly)
this past week i've done a yoga class, gone on the crosstrainer, had today off, and will be going to a fitball/ABT class. it probably shouldn't've taken me this long but i study a triple major at uni (2 degrees at once!) so it can get pretty stressful
