Just thought i'd give you all a little update on what I have been up to.
I have accepted my body
Although I haven't lost anymore weight, I have lost fat and gained muscle and now maintaning around 57kg. Even though there hasn't been a loss on the scales I feel Soooo much better about myself.
The BEST part is I have gotten A LOT fitter. Last night I ran 7km!
My aim is to run the Burnie 10 (10km) in October in under 50 minutes. Im soooooo exited!
