Was wondering what you guys did to pick yourselves up?

Btw stats are:

Current weight - 60.5kg
Goal weight - 55kg

Forgive yourself and get back into it. This is just a "cheat meal" - you should have one every week. Enjoy the memory of the mud cake, but don't beat yourself up about it or make it a reason (excuse) to give up. (Look forward to next week's cheat meal!)

agree with the others.
it's still early enough for you to pick up & make your other meals as healthy, calorie & fat friendly as possible.

Agree with the others, dont beat yourself up too much over it. I have one day a week, that I relax and eat what I feel like. But I find now, I still stick to healthy eating. Its just I'll have wine, cheese and biccies on a Saturday night.
