There is a thread here somewhere but I'm not quite sure how to post it so hopefully someone else can! In my personal opinion I think it's a waste of time, I mean essentially if you stop eating for 10 days you will definatley lose some weight but you will be forcing your body into starvation mode, which means it will hang onto every single calorie you consume and not only for the 10 days, because it will take a little while for your body to recognise that food is readily available again so many people end up putting the weight back on almost straight away.
Some people here have tried it and from memory most have given up after 1 or 2 days because giving up food is hard and the drink is pretty disgusting although some people like it
At the end of the day your liver was designed to be 'detoxing' your body all day, every day, so simply cutting out heavily processed foods will assist this process without having to give up food. But once again that's just my opinion and I'm sure that it has worked for some people! Good luck if you decide to go ahead
This week's goal... control portion sizes!
